At Bettina Equities, we’re always looking for ways to bring our tenants together and create meaningful experiences that make New York feel like home. That’s why we were thrilled to host our first Sofar Sounds event, right here at one of our properties.

This intimate musical evening featured performances by three incredibly talented artists—Evan, Caroline, and Camp Bedford. With a stunning backdrop created by the artist Clod, the event was held in her creative space at 353 East 78th Street, adding a unique and artistic flair to the night.

The event was a huge success, selling out completely, and we were excited to offer special perks to our tenants, including free tickets and reduced ticket prices. It was heartwarming to see so many of you enjoying the music, connecting with neighbors, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

We’re so proud to have partnered with Sofar Sounds to deliver this one-of-a-kind experience, and we can’t wait to host more events like this in the future. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the night so memorable!
